Tuition Rates:

Discounts:

• Pay-in-Full Discount—$100 discount off total tuition for the year when total tuition is paid June 1.
• Multiple Student Discount—A discount of $100 is applied to each additional child enrolled at PCS or in another Christian school grade that PCS does not offer.
• Full-Time Pastor Discount—subtract 20% off each child’s tuition (no other discounts apply).

Other Fees:

Fees apply to all students* (except VPK ONLY students):

• Registration Fee*—$200 for first student, $125 for each additional student in same family.
• Technology Fee—$100 for one child, $125 for two children, $150 for 3 or more children.
• Student Fee—$175 per year, per student, billed June 1.
• Testing Fee—$50 for new students, payable at testing time.

* Registration Fee is the ONLY fee for all Pre-K3 and Pre-K4 students (except VPK ONLY students).

Payment Policies:

• All monthly payments are due on the 1st of the month, June through May.
• Any payment not received by the 10th of the month will incur a late charge of $25.
• All accounts which are 60 days past due will result in immediate expulsion of the student(s) in question.
• Parents who withdraw their child from school during the school year are responsible to pay the full tuition for that quarter.

Scholarships:

Please contact PCS regarding scholarship availability.  Application can be made online at Tuition Aid Data Services (http://www.tuitionaid.com), or by picking up a packet in the school office. The non-refundable scholarship application fee is $29 per family, due at time of application (by credit card). A student registration form and fee of $200 must be turned in to the school office before you can apply for scholarship.  (Student registration fees may be returned to scholarship applicants receiving inadequate awards toward tuition.)

A Florida funded scholarship program based on income is Step Up For Students http://www.stepupforstudents.org.  Tax returns are required.  Student and family must meet the following guidelines:

• If entering K or 1st grade your student must have been born on or before September 1 (public school age guidelines)
• If entering 2-12th grades, your student must have attended a public school for an entire year
• All applicants must have been a Florida resident during the previous year
• Students who were home schooled during the year previous to applying are not eligible

Voluntary Pre-K (VPK) is a Florida funded program for children who will be 4 years old by September 1st (public school age guidelines).  This program covers all costs for the VPK program at participating schools (PCS is a participating school).  Call the school office if your child qualifies.  If you choose the PCS full day program, the VPK amount will be applied to the full-day tuition amount.

If student starts school before any of these tuition assistance programs are in place, the family will be responsible to pay the full tuition amount.  We cannot assume that you will qualify, so please apply early enough to have the full process done before school starts.
